FAQs

What if I return the rental earlier than the agreed time frame?

Returning the rented equipment early does not result in any refund. We thank you for choosing us as your dumpster rental service.

What is the process like to rent a dumpster?

Call Or text for a quote. We have 6-day rentals and monthly (usually monthly is 2mo. Minimum). Payment is due at or before drop-off. (Cash, check, or Zelle is preferred. We also take major Credit Cards)

Do I need a permit to have a dumpster on my property?

Requirements can be found by checking your local city government website. Generally a permit is required if the dumpster is going to be placed on the street or public property. If you plan to place your rental on private property, you most likely do not need a permit.

What if I exceed the fill line of the dumpster?

By law, the dumpster can not be transported with waste, debris, or any contents exceeding the fill line. The dumpster must be covered with a tarp for transportation. If the contents are in the way, they will be removed and left behind.

What happens if the load is too heavy for the dump truck?

Exceeding weight limits results in failure to transport the waste off of the property. Weight restrictions are in place to reduce possible damage to the truck. The maximum carrying capacity is listed under each dumpster for rent. The load will be left on the property if the weight is exceeded, resulting in a charge for the days exceeding your rental period & travel cost.

What size dumpster roll-offs are available?

It should be easy to access, deliver, and transport off the property.
